    This is a pretty bad tip.. Sometimes it is your shoes, but a lot of the time it is not. Also, what education does Justyn have that gives him the credentials to comment on injury cause and solution?

    id say simply experience. this is a extremely generic statement and if you have an "unexplained" injury checking your shoes is a very quick and easy thing to fix once recovered. hardly call this any kind of tip however
