Due to the repetitive forward and backward movement during the running cycle, runners often suffer from tightness at the front and back of the legs, timing errors in the recruitment of the hamstrings, and weak glute muscles. Be sure to integrate exercises into your training regime that tackle these issues to prevent injury and improve performance.
