March 11 - Tip by Kristine Beaulieu
Tip by: Kristine Beaulieu

To estimate your fluid losses during exercise, weigh yourself before and after your workout. Don't forget to factor in how much you drank during your workout. Within two hours after exercise, drink of 450-675mL of water or sports beverage for every pound of body weight lost.
