The Terminal Mile Epi. 93-The Canadian Invasion Of The NCAA With Charlotte Prouse And Ben Flanagan

When it comes to collegiate athletics, the NCAA stands alone. Attracting the best from around the world with the promise of top flight competition, subsidised education, and a captive, established audience. With the depth of the fields as they are right now, no one can fake their way to NCAA championships, with weeks of tough racing in the run up. Just to have made it to Eugene this year, meant you had to be the best of the best. On this week's show, we chat with two people that stand out in that exclusive crowd, Ben Flanagan, hailing from the K-W-C is the 2018 10,000m champion, representing the block M of Michigan, we'll chat about keeping his cool in the heat of the big race, the post race hype and a lot more, but first Charlotte Prouse, the silver medalist in the steeple from London talks about speaking out, staying healthy, and the steepler's guide to the perfect insta pic.

Thanks Oldster! I think the key is having 2 incredibly articulate and thoughtful guests, and Ben and Charlotte were certainly that!
I don't think it will take too much convincing! It will be great to see him mix it up on the hill!
One thing I wish I would have chatted about more is the seemingly great coach/athlete relationship that he and Sully have. Obviously, it's one that is working out very well.
