Both your races looked tough. Way to go! What are your pre-race go-to meals, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner? Is it exact same every time or do you change it up depending on what you feel like?

It depends on the time of the race! I try to eat a solid meal 4 hours before--usually a bit pasta with some protein, either chicken or fish and some fruit. Sometimes I do a sandwich instead of pasta. Breakfasts vary; if it's an early race, I'll go with the classic peanut butter bagel + banana, if it's a later race I tend to go heavier on protein with eggs+toast. Dinner is similar to lunch. Hope this helps!
