Tracktastic Event Waiver
I hereby acknowledge that my participation in the Tracktastic event involves certain inherent risks and dangers which cannot be eliminated, particularly the risk of injury from running, jumping, or other athletic activities associated with track and field events.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Tracktastic event, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages, injury, or loss that I may have or which may accrue to me against the event organizers, The Runner's Academy Ltd., sponsors, volunteers, officials, and all other persons involved in the organization and conduct of the event, arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I understand and acknowledge that participation in the Tracktastic event is entirely voluntary, and I assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, and conditions of the track and field facilities.
I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in this event, and have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation. In the event of an injury or illness during the event, I authorize event officials to secure medical treatment as deemed necessary.
I understand and agree that my likeness may be used in photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Tracktastic event for promotional or archival purposes without compensation to me.
I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this waiver freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
