This is a two component course (Blended Course). The Theory part is completed online prior to attending the Practical part of the course on May 11th.

This Blended course is a Red Cross Standard First Aid with CPR level C. The first part of the course is online. Theory materials will be sent to you at least one week in advance of the practical session on May 11th. The Theory component with take approximately 6-8 hrs to complete. The Theory component needs to be completed prior to arriving for the practical portion. You must bring a copy (digital or hardcopy) of your Theory completion certificate with you when you come to do the practical part of the course.
Wear comfortable clothing. Please bring lunch. Coffee and tea are available onsite.
The schedule on May 11th is 8:30-5:00 pm at 3160 Westwood Street in Port Coquitlam.
There are a few food places nearby to get food if you have a car available to you.
