This registration form is for experienced athletes, born 2012-2014, who would like to join our JD+ squad with extra practices on Thursdays and Saturdays: you must first register on our regular JD registration page (https://www.trackie.com/club/petf-jd-track-spring-2025-club-fees/1019009/) then complete this registration once you've obtained the code from the club: please talk to your coach or email us at pentictontrackandfield@gmail.com
Additional practices for the JD PLUS group will be: Thursday 5-7pm Saturday 10-12 Location will be at the Pen High Track No practices on Statutory Holidays. First practice: Monday April 7th Last practice: July 27th
On top of the meets sponsored in the regular JD program, PLUS athletes will also have the Provincial Championship sponsored.
Refund policy: refund of the membership fees will be issued if asked via email before the 4th practice after the registration date, minus an admin fee of $50.
