This is a two component course (Blended Course). The Theory part is completed online prior to attending the Practical part of the course on February 23rd.
Cost: $170 - members of Karate BC get a discount of $40 (discount code KBCFA2026) Deadline for registration is end of day February 8th. Minimum age for this course is 12 years old.
This Blended course is a Red Cross Standard First Aid with CPR level C. The first part of the course is online. Theory materials will be sent to you at least one week in advance of the practical session on February 23rd. The Theory component with take approximately 6-8 hrs to complete. The Theory component needs to be completed prior to arriving for the course on February 23rd. You must bring a copy (digital or hardcopy) of your Theory completion certificate with you when you come to do the practical part of the course.
Wear comfortable clothing. Please bring lunch. Coffee and tea are available onsite.
The schedule on February 23rd is 8:30-5:00 pm at 3160 Westwood Street in Port Coquitlam.
There are a few food places nearby to get food if you have a car available to you.
