1:00PM to 3:00PM Ne-waza, Transition & Randori
5:00PM to 7:00PM Tachi-waza , Kumi-kata & Randori

Sunday February 20, 2022
8:00AM to 9:00AM Judo Fitness
9:30AM to 11:30AM Technical, Drilling & Randori

NOTE: MASK ARE MANDITORY EXCEPT WHEN TRAINING / ON THE MATS

Eligibility:
- Judo Alberta / Judo Canada Member
- Only participants over the age of 12 with proof of vaccination are permitted to Double vaccinations will be required as per Government of Alberta regulation
- People with medical exemption (proof required) and negative rapid testing with 72 hours
are permitted to attend.
- Unvaccinated participants need to have a negative rapid testing with 72 hours are
permitted to attend.
