****PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING ****

Grade Exceptions: Competition categories for the Cross-Country Series are determined by a participant's school grade. However, Trackie automatically registers participants according to their age. Please register all participants in Trackie first. If a student's school grade differs from the grade typically associated with their age, email the NLAA office at athletics@nlaa.ca immediately after completing the student's event registration so we can place them in the correct competition category.

**DAY PERMIT FEE OF $1**

Affiliated Schools and NLAA 2026 Competitive Members must enter their School Code or NLAA individual membership number under "Member ID:" to avoid the additional $1 Day Permit Fee.

NO REFUNDS/NO CREDITS will be issued if participants fail to enter their School Code or Member ID.

**RACE NUMBERS ARE MANDATORY**

New bib numbers will be issued for each meet. Athletes will be disqualified for wearing a bib from a previous event. Athletes must wear their bibs visibly on their chest, not on their belly, legs, or back. The race number must be worn as issued and must not be crumpled, cut, folded, or obscured in any way. Athletes wearing crumpled or damaged bibs that volunteers can not scan will be disqualified.

Bib pickup will begin at 8:00 a.m., with priority given to grade 4 participants until 8:30 a.m.

All other grades are requested to visit the pickup station 40 to 60 minutes before the start of their event.

Teachers and coaches picking up their school package are advised to provide their students with directions on where to meet, along with contact information. Inform students and parents that you will be picking up their bibs. It's a good idea for your students to wear a school jersey or some identifying colour, making it easier for you to find them in a crowd. School banners are also an excellent option for easy identification.

** AFTER REGISTRATION **
Please visit the registration confirmation website to make sure that students' names are entered correctly, not the name of the individual completing the registration. Verify that they are registered for the correct school.
