Media + Code of Conduct
CTSA MEDIA RELEASE
You grant permission to Canadian Tamils Sports Association, and Track and Field Meet 2026 authorized media teams hereinafter known as the “Media” to use your image (photographs and/or video) for use in Media publications including but not limited to Promotional Marketing Material, General Publications, Email Marketing, Website and/or Affiliates, News Publication and Social Media.
You understand that materials may appear on the Internet/World Wide Web (WWW), in print, electronically and in video media.
You hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.
If you are above the age of 18:
"I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release."
If you are under the age of 18
"I am the parent or legal guardian of the below named child. I have read this release before consenting below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to consenting, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release."

On and off the field, I will:
- Stick to the rules
- Always show respect to everyone involved in the game
- Never engage in public criticism of the Officials & Staff and abide by their final decisions
- Never engage in abusive language, bullying or intimidating behaviour on or off the field
- Never engage in violence on or off the field
- No alcoholic or drug substances of any kind on field premises
I understand that if I do not follow the Code of Conduct, I may:
- Be asked to make a public apology
- Receive a formal warning
- Be dropped, or suspended from events
- Disqualified from participating further in the Track and Field Events or other Sport Tournaments
- Be asked to leaved from the field premises
