Welcome to Athletics , track and field, in the post pandemic.

ASEA, Athlétisme Sud-Est / South-East Athletics,

your community track and field program for southeastern New Brunswick, is again offering our tremendously successful Trail Blazer

program to introduce children to our wonderful sport. In 2023 over 270 children enjoyed their first experience of track & field.



Who: athletes ages 6 - 11

What: An introduction to most events in track and field, as well as proper warm up and cool down

When : 75 minutes once a week for four weeks. Then all athletes will have their Festival Finale TOGETHER and the world class Moncton Stadium on Saturday June 15 , from 9:00am - 12noon.

Where: Pick a location close to you

Instructors: Will be veteran/ trained ASEA athletes

Cost: $50.00 . ( $35 to ASEA & $15 to ANB ) This includes a dri-fit t-shirt.

For those born in 2012, who will be 12 in 2024, the cost is $95.00 ( $35 to ASEA $60 to ANB)

Riverview - location to be confirmed. 5:00- 6:15pm. Wednesdays, May 15, 22,29 & June 5.

Dieppe #1 - Dieppe track that is behind ecole Anna Malenfant on Centrale st. Wednesdays, 5:00 - 6:15. May 15, 22,29 & June 5.

.Dieppe #2 - Dieppe track that is behind ecole Anna Malenfant on Centrale st. Fridays, 5:00 - 6:15. May 17, 24,31 & June 7.

Moncton North - Crandall University Track. Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:15pm May 17, 24,31 & June 7.

Moncton Center - Moncton Stadium. Fridays, 7:00 - 8:15pm. May 10, 17, 24, & June 7.

Moncton West - MacNaughton School Athletic Field - Fridays, 5:00 - 6:15pm - May 17, 24,32 & June 7

Salisbury - JMA Armstong High School Athletic Field 4:45 - 6:00pm. Fridays, May 17, 24,31 & June 7.

Shediac - track and field behind ecole Polyvalente Louis-J.-Robichaud. Wednesdays May 15, 22, 29 and June 5

Rexton - Shawn Graham Athletic Field. 5:00 - 6:15pm. Wednesdays, May 15, 22,29 & June 5.

Miramichi - TBD

Amherst - TBD
