Important Registration Information

Please carefully review all program information before completing registration.

Indoor training space is limited due to Oshawa Civic Indoor Track facility restrictions and program capacity limits.

Athletes must select their preferred indoor training day(s) during registration.

Registration alone does not guarantee a spot. A spot is only secured once full payment has been received.

Payment may be made by:

Credit card through Trackie
E-transfer to info@eclipsetrackandfieldclub.ca

If paying by e-transfer, payment should be sent immediately after completing registration.

Please include the athlete’s full name and program selected in the e-transfer message/comment section.

If payment is not received, the athlete’s spot will not be held and may be offered to another athlete.

TeamSnap Communication

Once registration and payment are complete, the athlete and parent/guardian will be added to TeamSnap.

TeamSnap must be downloaded as an app on your phone and you must accept the invitation to join.

TeamSnap is required because all training schedules, schedule changes, competition information and important club communication will be posted through the app.

Families who do not join TeamSnap will not have access to the online schedule and may miss important information from Eclipse Track & Field Club.

By completing registration, athletes and parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to Eclipse Track & Field Club program policies.
