All athletes interested in being considered for selection to the 2025 Canada Summer Games - Track and Field team, must complete this declaration of intent. 

Athletes must compete at the team trials competition to be held July 4-5th, 2025, and hold a full competitive Athletics Manitoba membership in order to be selected to the team.
