Waiver Form FYBs 2026
In consideration of your accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, direct my heirs, executors and administrators to waive and release any and all claims for damages I may have against the Brockville Road Runners (BRRC), and any organizers, sponsors, their representatives, agents and employees towards any and all injuries suffered by me in the events to be held between January 24 and March 28, 2026. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this event. I hereby give the Brockville Road Runners Club the right to use my name/photograph/image/audio recording/video recording to publish this information on Internet Web Sites, media releases, broadcasts and any other publications issued by the BRRC.
