Athletes may advance from their school and/or divisional meets. All those who place first, second or third at a school meet automatically are invited as well as anyone who meets or exceeds the outlined standards.
Athletes are allowed to advance in up to three events and a relay. The Championship will be used as identification for the Tri Province U16/U18 Provincial Teams.

Entry fees are $10.00 per athlete to a maximum of $200.00 per member school. There is no additional cost for relays.
Non-member athletes and schools must pay a non-member fee of $10 per athlete to a maximum of $50.00 on top of their entry fees.
The registration fees for any member schools' entries received after the June 9th deadline will be $15 per athlete to a maximum of $375. Late non-members will also be assessed the non-member fees as outlined above.
