Fall Foundations: 2023
The Border City Athletics Club is excited to offer "Athlete Foundations- Fall Base Training 2023”
The “Athlete Foundations- Fall Base" training program is for interested athletes who wish to be fully prepared in track and field. In addition, we offer training to those who want to cross train for their respective sports (Basketball, Football, Soccer, Baseball, Hockey etc.).
Dates & Times: October 2nd, 2023- November 11th 2023
Monday, Wednesday, Fridays (All Groups)
6:00- 7:30pm
Saturday 9:00-10:30am (All Groups)
Price: $250 Per Athlete
