Elementary Spring Foundations:
2023
The Border City Athletics Club is excited to offer "Athlete Foundations- SpringTraining 2023”
The “Athlete Foundations- Spring Base" training program is for interested athletes who wish to be fully prepared in track and field. In addition, we offer training to those who want to cross train for their respective sports (Basketball, Football, Soccer, Baseball, Hockey etc.).
Dates & Times: May 1st, 2023- June 9th, 2023
Monday, Wednesday, Fridays (All Groups)
6:00- 7:30pm
****During the Month of May practices will be held at an alternate location of the Toldo Lancer Centre (Due to the resurfacing of the Sandwich Secondary Track). ****
