📍 Training Location: Complexe sportif Robert Hartley – Multi-Sport Hall (150 m indoor track)
⏰ Training Schedule – Winter 2026
U9 Initiation (ages 6 - 8, born 2018–2020)
Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
January 14 to March 4, 2026 (8 sessions)
U12 Initiation (ages 9 -11, born 2015 - 2017)
Fridays, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. (8 sessions)
January 16 to March 6, 2026
U14 & U16 Development (ages 12 -15, born 2011 - 2014)
Wednesdays, 6:30 -7:45 p.m. (8 sessions)
Fridays, 6:15 -7:30 p.m. (8 sessions)
January 14 to March 6, 2026
⚠️Schedules may be adjusted depending on municipal events or competitions.
📅Important Date Changes Winter 2026
-The Friday, February 6 training session is moved to Thursday February 5 for U12 and U14/U16 groups.
-The Friday, February 27 training session is moved to Thursday February 26 for U12 and U14/U16 groups.

Athletics Ontario Affiliation
You must complete your Athletics Ontario (AO) affiliation for the 2026 season during registration.
This fee is paid only once per year.
