M2M Minis Ottawa - Spring 2026 Details
This Fall we are excited to bring another fun session of the M2M Minis to Ottawa.
Each one-hour practice incorporates easy running, dynamic drills, pacing practice, interval workouts and always lots and lots of games. The kids will have the choice to run a lot or a little at any given practice.
Brewer Park Run Off is included as fun "race" experience. We will also provide coaching and race day support at RunOttawa's Frost Country Kids 2k on Saturday, November 7th (additional entry fee required)
M2M Minis Ottawa is proudly sponsored by RunOttawa. For this season M2M Minis will have access to $10 entries for The Great Big Cookie Run and the Frost Country Races.
Parents of M2M Minis will also be eligible for a 10% discount for select RunOttawa events.
