Whether your child is new to track and field or building on an existing base, this program develops the fundamentals of running, jumping, and throwing while progressing onward from our Run-Jump-Throw foundation. We focus on improving aerobic capacity, coordination, strength, and confidence, while supporting the development of speed, endurance, and overall athletic ability. Sessions are designed to be fun, supportive, and appropriately challenging.
