2026 BRAMPTON CUP EVENT OVERVIEW *PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We are excited to announce the 43rd Annual Brampton Cup Tournament!
This tournament is open to Novice & Open Class boxers in the following categories:
MALE & FEMALE
Initiation Funbox (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020)
Junior A (U13) (2014-2015)
Junior B (U15) (2012-2013)
Junior C (U17) (2010-2011)
Youth (U19)(2008-2009)
Elite (1986-2007)
Registering for this tournament does not guarantee a bout. However, early registration significantly improves your chances of securing a bout.
Additionally, be aware that the maximum number of entries is 750 participants. If that number is reached before the January 21, 2026 deadline, registration will CLOSE EARLY!
REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ONCE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES HAS BEEN REACHED AND/OR AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE.
We encourage you to register as soon as possible to enhance your chances of participation!
90 DAY POLICY:
Categories of Membership Active Member Actively Engaged – An Active Member is an individual who is actively engaged in amateur boxing as a competitor, coach or official. Active membership is required to engage in sparring activities and must be held for at least 90 days before engaging in competition or before engaging in a sanctioned event

If you are a new member and have been registered for less than 90 days (After November 7, 2025), you will not be able to participate in this tournament and will be removed. Also, if you are renewing your membership, you must have been registered consecutively without any gaps. If you were not registered for 2024-2025, you will need to wait the full 90 days before competing.
MEDICALS:
If your medical has expired, you have until Monday, February 2, 2026 to submit a new medical conducted by a licensed M.D. Please note, you cannot compete if you do not have a valid medical.
REFUND POLICY
WITHDRAWLS AFTER THE DRAW:
If a boxer withdraws after the tournament draw has been completed, they will be required to pay a $250.00 fee. Failure to submit this payment will result in the boxer being deemed not in good standing, and they may be prohibited from participating in future Brampton Cup tournaments (at the discretion of the organizers).
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued after the draw has been completed unless a boxer did not receive a bout

COACHES
Coaching Cap Policy – Overview for Coaches
To ensure fair and efficient event management, each club’s coaching team will be limited based on the number of registered boxers. Clubs may register up to 4 coaches in total, with the number of coaches allowed per event determined by the coach-to-boxer ratio below:
Coach-to-Boxer Ratio:
- 1–5 boxers → 2 coaches
- 6–10 boxers → 3 coaches
- 11or more → 4 coaches maximum Allowed
- Over 4 coaches can register with a cost of $50.00
**COACHES: PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU LOSE YOUR WRISTBAND, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY AN ENTRY FEE OF $20.00
**IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED AS A COACH FOR 2026, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CORNER AT THIS TOURNAMENT. REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE CONDUCTED ON SITE
