800m/1500m Marco Arop Future Stars(R) Camp

Marco Arop is Directing and Coaching this event on the track with informative presentation sessions to break up the day.
Spaces are limited and intended for provincially competitive athletes competing in the 800m and or 1500m events.
The Camp includes on track training sessions, instructional, and lunch will be made available.
Sign up is limited to 30 Athletes, first come first served, those on the expression of interest list will be given priority.
A prior submission as Expression of Interest with payment placed the athlete on the Priority Registration List, If applicable, the Expression of Interest Fee will be credited toward the final registration fee for athletes that decided to come to the camp and are on the priority expression of interest list.

Submission of an Expression of Interest does not guarantee acceptance into the camp. Athletes on the Priority Registration List will be contacted in the order received and invited to complete registration should sufficient participation levels be achieved.

Upon invitation to complete registration, athletes will have 72 hours to submit all required forms and payment. Failure to do so may result in the position being offered to the next athlete on the Priority Registration List.

If the camp reaches capacity, additional athletes may be placed on a Waiting List and contacted should a position become available.

For athletes under 18 years of age, all registration, consent, and waiver forms must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or caregiver. Registration will not be considered complete until all required documentation has been received and approved.

All registrations are subject to administrative approval by the organizers.

EVENT CONFIRMATION

A minimum participation threshold is required for the event to proceed. Should the required participation level not be reached by the registration deadline, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the event.

REFUND POLICY

The $29.90 Expression of Interest Fee is refundable only if the event is cancelled by the organizers due to insufficient participation.

If an athlete is invited to complete registration and chooses not to proceed, the Expression of Interest Fee is non-refundable as it covers administrative costs. A portion of the fee will then be used to support the develop of Track athletes.

Full registrations are non-refundable unless a suitable replacement athlete can be found and accepted into the event.

Future Stars® and Athletic Victory Speed Club reserve the right to administer registrations, manage waiting lists, approve participation, and make reasonable modifications to registration procedures in the best interests of the event and its participants.
