🌊 Try out the swim portion of the Cornwall Triathlon in a relaxed, supportive environment. 

St. Lawrence River, Behind Heritage High School (1111 Montreal Road)

4:45-5:15 PM      Check-in & registration

5:30 PM                1,500m start

5:35 pm                   750 m start

750m Swim

• CMC Members: FREE
• Non‑Members: $10 

1500m Swim

• CMC Members: FREE
• Non‑Members: $10 

📌 Important Details

• This is a swim at your own risk event. No lifeguards will be present.
• Minimum age to participate is 16 years old.
• Participants must be able to complete the swim without assistance.
• Time limit for 1,500 m swim is 70 minutes from race start.
• Awards for first male and female in each category

🚗 Parking Information

In case access to Heritage School parking lot is closed, two alternate locations are available a short walk to the river (refer to the map):

Yellow – St. Lawrence College / River Institute

• Cross the bridge
• Follow the bike path (marked in red on the map)
• Note: The College has implemented paid parking 

Yellow – Kirkman Court

• Follow the access route to the bike path
• Turn right onto the red‑marked path

750 m swim (1 lap around buoys)

1,500 m swim (2 laps around buoys)

Volunteer

Volunteers always needed for set-up and take-down, timing, and distributing prizes. Kayakers are welcome to spot the swimmers.
