This meet has World Athletics sanctioning and is hosted in partnership with the Hamilton High Performance 10k.
All events are open timed finals. Heats will be organized from slowest to fastest based on seed times. Each event will feature a showcase final.
Showcase final heats will have pacers.
Entry for showcase finals will be via invite (please email: info@edgesport.ca to apply) + the fastest seeded times to complete the heat.
