Required to have an Athletics Alberta membership. Can be 2 week trial, rec or competitive (for membership details

The Camp will include 3-4 two hour PV sessions, a 90min video review/Q&A session as well as a session highlighting specific PV strength and programming away from the mats. Participants will also have the chance to compete in a sanctioned competition on the Friday morning.
