Other Information
The Foundation of Coaching (FOC) in Athletics consists of the first 4 modules of both Sport Coach & Club Coach. Those modules are:
1. Safety & Role of the Coach
2. Teaching & Learning
3. Energy Systems & Strength
4. Planning a Practice
This on-line workshop will be held on 4 evenings in April from 7:30-9:30p - Monday April 1st, Thursday April 4th, Monday April 8th and Thursday April 11th.
