The Foundation of Coaching (FOC) in Athletics consists of the following 4 topics that precede both Sport Coach & Club Coach:
1. Safety & Security
2. Analysis & Giving Feedback
3. Physiology for Athletics
4. Planning for Athletics
This on-line workshop will be held on three evenings in December:
Wednesday December 11th from 7:00 - 9:00pm
Wednesday December 18th from 7:00 - 9:00pm
Thursday December 19th from 7:00 - 9:00pm
Attendance at all 3 sessions is mandatory.
