Other Information
The Foundation of Coaching (FOC) in Athletics is a prerequisite for both the Sport Coach and Club Coach Workshops. It consists of the following 4 topics:
1. Safety & Security
2. Analysis & Giving Feedback
3. Physiology for Athletics
4. Planning for Athletics
This on-line course will be held on three evenings in October:
Thursday October 2nd from 7:00 - 9:30pm
Tuesday October 7th from 7:00 - 9:00pm
Thursday October from 7:00 - 9:30pm
Attendance at all 3 sessions is mandatory.
The Learning Facilitator will be Kim Cousins
