High Jump Fundamentals

Sunday, April 19 at 11:00am we will be hosting a high jump for beginners - primarily for coaches, but also athletes. Our guest coach/instructor is Tammy Armstrong. Tammy has coaches on multiple Canada Games and Legion Youth National Teams and has coached athletes to become provincial champions and national champions. After this clinic coaches should come away with enough confidence to at least begin to offer some programming to introduce high jump fundamentals to their students. For athletes: this might be your first day on a high jump mat, but we'll get you started on your jumping journey. We are thinking this will run 2 hours, but we are happy to stay and discuss high jump longer if there is interest.
