Entries must be received by noon (12:00 p.m.) Friday, February 26, 2016. Entries submitted after the entry deadline (if accepted) will be charged double.
Scratches and changes will be accepted up to noon Tuesday, March 1, 2016. No refunds for scratches made after noon Tuesday, March 1, 2016.
