IMPORTANT: Athletes 12 years of age and older MUST bring your proof identity and proof of your full vaccination or letter of medical exemption.
Athletes under 12 years of age must bring your health card or student identification.
Participating clubs that require all of their athletes to be fully vaccinated may send an email to the Meet Director so that they may pick up all of their athlete bibs without having individual athletes show their proof of full vaccination.
