The Foundation of Coaching course covers the theory modules required for the NCCP Sport Coach and Club Coach streams.
It will be held over 2 evenings, in an online classroom format, via Zoom.
Session 1 - Tuesday September 15, 6 pm - 9 pm , Safety & Emergency Action Plan / Analysis & Giving Feedback
Session 2 - Tuesday September 22 - 6 pm - 9 pm, Physiology for Athletics / Planning for Athletics
You will be sent an email the week before each session with the Zoom invite link, and outline for the course.
Some Pre-learnings you can start working on now include:
- Introduction to Long Term Development in Athletics (LTAD) - found in the NCCP locker, under Athletics
- NCCP Coach Initiation in Sport - found in the NCCP locker, under Multisport
