This full‑day Kobudo clinic is designed to support Karate BC referees and those interested in becoming a referee to work toward Kobudo Judge C, B, and A certification
Instruction will be led by Sensei Paul Sexton and Sensei Mike Scales, offering a valuable opportunity for hands‑on mentorship and detailed technical feedback.

Date: Sunday May 24th, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Participants will work through a structured progression of basics, weapons handling, theory, kata, and practical evaluation components (Judge B and A). The session will also include written testing and guided review of different kobudo styles to deepen technical understanding.

Weapons (long and short; Judge B/A candidates must preform a short and long weapon Kata)
