Run, Jump, Throw, Wheel (RJTW) is an Athletics course designed for sports leaders working with athletes U12. It is a one day workshop that focuses on the FUNdamentals of running, jumping, throwing and wheeling in a safe and playful way. In will be held at the University of Calgary from 8:30a to 4:00pm.
