Coaches Package contains extremely important information. Please read carefully.
Registration fees have been increased to accurately reflect the cost of hosting the District event outside CEC’s home community. Fees are $220 per school ($120 for schools with fewer than 20 athletes). The setting of fees was done in consultation with SSNS Regional Director Scott Hudson.
Coaches Meeting: Friday,, May 13 at 8:30.
Coaches who are registering Para athletes are asked to contact the Meet Director re: scheduling.
School Entry Procedures, and IB/AP Exam conflict information, are available in attached documents.
Once registration has been uploaded to MeetManager following the Registration Deadline, you will be unable to make any further changes to your team roster on line. Any additions, substitutions or withdrawals after the deadline must be done on site, on the day of competition.
Reminder to coaches: Please advise the Meet Director of the names of minor officials that your team will be providing to assist at the meet.

**HURDLES CHANGES:
Junior Girls - no change
Junior Boys - lower to 30" and shorten to 80m
Int Girls - lower to 30"
Int Boys - lower to 33"
Senior Girls - lower to 30" and extend to 100m
Senior Boys - lower to 36" and extend to 110m
