All ages. AO Silver Sanctioned. Individual throwing events + Throws Pentathlon and Throws Triathlon. Rolling schedule beginning with hammer at 9:30am, followed by shot put, discus, javelin and finally outdoor weight throw. See document #1 above for more detailed schedule.
