All ages, all abilities. Learn to throw, improve your technique, get coaching tips, fulfill school board safety requirements for coaching school throws events. $20 includes all 4 seminars - shotput discus javelin and hammer + lunch and snacks. 3PD points toward NCCP certification. Experienced, national coaches. If you don't have a "seed" distance or are a coach- put a '2' as a placeholder. Hammer clinic will take place at the Ottawa Lions Twilight #2 on June 12 at 5:30pm
