For athletes and coaches. All ages, all abilities. $40 - Learn to throw, improve your technique, get coaching tips. Bring your team for the day and build your program. Coaches watch, listen and learn or join your athletes and throw. Tailor the day to suit your needs as a coach or athlete. OSGA athletes are welcome to prepare for the Senior Games. NEW! A competition in shot put, discus and javelin will follow the instructional sessions. $20 entry fee, compete in as many events as you wish. Revised schedule:
