* Races at UBC track in Vancouver.
* Entry standards: 10k: 65min
* Entry Fees (10k / 800m) - Early: $25/$15 | Regular: $30/$20 | Late: $50/$30.
* Heats released after entries close. Races will run 10,000m - 800m, slowest to fastest heats
* Meet starting at 6:00pm (subject to change if extra entries)
* Max 40/ 10k heat
* Multiple heats will be evenly split based on entries and submitted finish times.
* Electronic timing provided.
* Pick up race bibs at least 30min before your race (pins will be provided)
* Results posted online as soon as possible on trackie.ca, bcathletics.org, and facebook.com/VancouverFalcons/
* Post event social TBC
