The max fee per participant is $25 (early bird), $30 (regular) + service fee.
Please Note: BC Athletics Membership & Insurance Fees
An additional $5.00 insurance fee applies to participants who do not hold a current, full BC Athletics membership.
Valid Memberships: Full Senior and Masters memberships.
Invalid Memberships: "Community Road & Trail" memberships (these do not cover sanctioned track and field events like the VFAC Track Series).
Requirement: Non-members and Community members must complete the BC Athletics Waiver for Non-BCA Members during registration.
This fee ensures all participants are covered under the enhanced insurance required for sanctioned track meets.
Please note that due to scheduling limitations, the following entry limits will apply to each event:
400m: 16 men, 16 women
1500m: 16 men, 16 women
3000m: 24 men and women
4x400m Mixed Relay: 16 teams
Once these entry quotas are filled, no more entries will be available. However, if there is sufficient demand for a potential second heat in one event, and insufficient demand for a scheduled second heat in another, the race director may decide to add a second heat for the in-demand event. If you find your desired race distance is full, please contact the race director expressing your interest in scheduling a second heat for that distance.
Online registration closes at midnight on August 12. For late entries, please contact the Meet Director, Conor Brendan Dunne. Late entries will be made at the Director's discretion. No race-day registration.
In order to provide an accessible track racing experience, the 2026 VFAC Track Series will be sanctioned by BC Athletics and World Para Athletics, but will not be a certified event for the purposes of BC Athletics, Athletics Canada, or World Athletics rankings. It will be certified by World Para Athletics rankings. If you are a Masters athlete and wish to compete in a certified event, please register for the BC Athletics Masters Championships taking place alongside the VFAC Track Series this year.
