UPDATE SAT JULY 16 Final Schedule posted Track Rascal event 1-2pm Saturday. Regular entry ($7 per event, $8 per relay) extended to Wednesday July 19 to accommodate schedule changes. Online late registration ($15 per event), no late fees for relay or track rascal event) available until Midnight Thursday July 20th.

UPDATE July 14 - Billet possibilities document now available
UPDATE July 14 - apologies 200mH left off schedule - now added in. 200m will be a timed final as per 2016 JD Committee decision. It will be run at 10am so lots of time before 200mH.

The schedule will remain essentially the same with some small changes due to venue differences between Kelowna and South Surrey
