AY Spafford Snowshoe Series

Athletics Yukon / Spafford Health and Adventure - Snowshoe group runs / learn to snowshoe run / build your base

This series of snowshoe group runs will happen on Thursday, March 2, Thursday, March 19 and Thursday March 16 at Mt. Mac trails. We’ll meet at 6:00 p.m., discuss snowshoe running basics and then do group runs in the trails that will help build up to the Dion snowshoe series race on Thursday, March 23 (insert link). What a great way to build your base leading into the running season and a fun way to enjoy the March sunshine in the snow!

Location: Mt. Mac Snowshoe Trails - Meet at the upper parking lot behind / beside the Tennis Courts

Time: 6 pm start

Distance: varied. Maximum of 5-6kms

Cost: AY members - Free; non AY members - $25

A limited number of Dion running snowshoes are available for participants on a first come, first serve basis.
