The Foundations of Coaching (FOC) consists of the first 4 modules of BOTH Sport Coach & Club Coach.

It is an online course which will be delivered over 4 evenings in April (11, 13, 18 & 20) from 7:30 - 9:30pm.

It is best to take FOC prior to attending one of the Sport Coach or Club Coach in-person Workshops.
