This is a pre-registration Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament.
Deadline: June 16th
IBJJF Gi weight categories will observed in the Adult divisions for both Gi and Nogi. The chart is linked below under "Additional Information". Weigh ins should be completed by 9am with the Gi on. If you are competing in both gi and nogi you will not have to weigh in again for the nogi bracket.
U8 - Under 45llbs, 46-55llbs, 56-65llbs, 66-75llbs, 76+ llbs
U10 - Under 55llbs, 56-65llbs, 66-75llbs, 76-85llbs, 76-85llbs, 86-95 llbs, 96+llbs
U12 - Under 65llbs, 66-75llbs, 76-85llbs, 86-95llbs. 96-105llbs, 106-115llbs, 116+llbs
U14 Girls Under 70llbs, 71-85llbs, 86-100llbs, 100llbs+
U14 Boys Under 75llbs, 76-90llbs, 91-105llbs, 106-115llbs, 116-130llbs, 131-145llbs, 155+llbs

Reminder to ensure there are no buttons, zippers or metal pieces on nogi attire that could potentially harm another person. Jewelry, hair pins, footwear, headgear and cups are prohibited. Rashguards and shorts or compression pants of any colour must be worn by all nogi competitors.

The schedule of events will be posted the evening prior to the tournament. Gi competition will start first with the youngest division. Nogi to follow.
The tournament will follow round robin pool format.
Brackets may be combined with similar age and weight categories. Competitors under 12 may have mixed gender brackets.
Age Categories:
U8 - Ages 6-7
U10 - Ages 8-9
U12 - Ages 10-11
U14 - Ages 12-13
U16 - Ages 14-15
U18 Boys - Age 16-17
Adult Women - Age 16+
Adult Men - Age 18+
Match times:
U8, U10 - 3 Minutes
U12, U14, U 16 - 4 Minutes
U18 - 5 Minutes
Adult White Belt - 5 Minutes
Adult Blue Belt - 6 Minutes
Adult Advanced - 7 Minutes
