2023 OATF Spring Fling

UPDATE: March 17: Thank you for registering for the 2023 Ocean Athletics Spring Fling event. Please find attached a revised schedule based on entries. NOTE - this is still a rolling schedule. Times are an estimate only. Events may go earlier or later than listed. Please pay attention to the schedule so that you are aware of events preceding yours, and prepare your warmup accordingly.
The first sessions of field events will START at 11am. Plan to arrive early to set marks, warmup, have practice jumps/throws etc. Field events report to the event site, Track events report to the start line a minimum of 10 minutes before the estimated time of the event to check in.
NOTE #2: No Concession. Lots of coffee shops close by, Rec Centre Cafe across the street. Bring your own water. Park water fountains have not yet been turned on
Prepare for the weather. It will be cool upon your arrival but the forecast is for 12-14C & sunny.

Update March 14 - The Masters Shot Put event has been cancelled. 4x200 Relay entries will be taken on site Saturday. No entry fee if all relay members already entered into the meet. $10 otherwise. $3 BCA Day of Fee for all non 2023 members.

Update March 3: Mo's Elite mile will be a mixed gender & age event. All athletes must be able to run a 6min mile or faster. Mo's Open mile will also be a mixed gender & age event.
