RAD Races - Hey Bear

Approximately 5.6km route starting at the Spring Creek Pumphouse parking lot. Through the red gate up Spring Creek Road after approximately 1 km, turn right at sign marked LaLa Valley. Steady uphill portion leading to trail fork, turn right onto Heyyy Bear! entering the trail heading clockwise on an undulating 1.9km loop. Exit the trail to your left returning to Spring Creek Road, and left again to return to the parking lot. All diversions and turning points will be clearly marked and/or have volunteers directing.

Same day bib pick up and registration starting at 9am in the Spring Creek parking. Parking is very limited, please consider car pooling or cycling to the race.

1st place overall male and female awards, 1, 2 & 3rd place age group and finishers prizes.

Finish line food.

Integrated Emergency and Safety Services will be on site.

You must stay on the marked course at all times. Short cuts/course cutting is not permitted and will result in disqualification.

No headphones. No dogs.
