Fall Elementary Speed Program
Program is designed for athletes interested in developing speed, or getting faster. Program covers mechanics of speed, improving reaction time, maximizing speed, agility, coordination and general strength. This program will benefit kids involved in a wide range of sports, including track.
Ages: Ages 10-12 (birth year 2011-2013)
Days: Thursdays
Time: 5:30-6:30 pm
Location: McLeod Athletic Park Track
Dates: Sept 14, 21, Oct 5, 12, 19, 26, Nov 2, 9,
Sessions: 8
Cost: $60.00 + BC Athletics annual membership required ($15.75 training membership).
If you have trained with the Mustangs this year already, you have this membership!
