High School Cross Country
Cross country (XC) is an endurance sport. Athletes will be developing their capacity to run further distances. This program is for athletes who are becoming more focused on pursuing endurance running as opposed to speed / power activities. Program is based at Houston Trails, at Derby Reach Park, but practices may periodically move to other locations.
